Sooo I hear this all the time that the kickstart doesn't work and you hit it on the head about 12v. If your battery is dead the voltage is low and in any dc system if you apply 12v or more it will short down to the battery voltage until the battery can accept and hold a charge., Obviously the bike's electronics do not like that so, disconnect the battery then kickstart it the stator will supply the higher voltage needed for bike electronics. Then reconnect the battery (If it is a low battery issue) Been riding my Kove a bunch as it just hits more of my riding but still loving my Beta 390RRS with kickstart kit.

What size is the hose line that goes into the water bucket (1/2" or 5/8")?

can this test be done without dumping fuel and adding pre-mix or was it needed since you removed the 2" of oil from the line? Thanks in advance!

Great content, many thanks. I checked my valve clearances at 60 hours and found both inlet are of of spec. I have measured my shims with a Vernier calliper and also a micrometer. One of the shims has 2.575 written on it but measures 2.560 with the vernier and 2.508 with the micrometer. I put this down to the wear of the head of the valve stem and the wear of the follower against the shim. The vernier cannot measure the wear of the valve stem against the shim, whereas the micrometer does.

The XT is not a beginner bike as you have so eloquently stated. It's made for Midgets like me. It's a great woods bike. I yanked the IOS......Garbage, Had AMP do as much suspension as possible to keep it from deflecting, for my style of riding. Rocks, creeks, logs, single Trax, hill climbs. All Beta really needs to do is give the XT a better suspension and the bike will be a hit.

My clutch lever just went out today and I bet this is it. As nice as hydraulic is nice, I've never had a cable fail.

Every time motocross bikes have gone to one sided spring forks they have been a fail. Beta has always been known for getting the highest level aftermarket components , wish they would have stuck to that with the new forks. KTM is running closed cartridge forks now. Cmon Beta!

Is the temperature of the CVT only being displayed when you ordered the touch screen? I saw that feature in a video about the so-called CF1000 Touring Pro that's available here in Germany, it comes with better shock absorbers, beadlock rims and the mentioned touch screen.

Does the G3 1000 touring have an infill piece when the seat is removed?

1000 has a t box. 1000 premium has beadlock rims and apple carplay on an 8" touchscreen. Must be special ordered from cfmoto.

I just bought a 1000 touring last weekend and sent a message to cfmoto about connecting to cfmoto ride not working, and they sent back, like you said that it’s not currently available for the US market, but they are working on making it available. All of my features in the app are working, it’s just the gps/ride feature that’s not. Gonna test it with a vpn when I get a chance and see if I can get it to work, but im doubtful

Man I don’t know why yours doesn’t have a t box but both of ours have a t box installed and I’ve seen that module with my own eyes 😂 The t-box is located on the left side under the plastic front rack.

We bought two 1000s a week ago and both QR codes worked just fine and the phones connected without an issue. We also connected the helmets to it and those work without a problem as well.

I got a new 1000 touring a few days ago in TX and love it so far. I wish the US models had the option to set a max speed and tame it down a little for the kids/wife. The owners manual says the feature is only available in select markets. Mine came with the T-BOX and connected to the app without any issues. Its got some useful features like OTA updates, gps tracking, and even notifies me when it senses a vibration while the machine is powered off.

Props to your work bro.. A little here to consider for a refined package. Today, cylinder head stays are designed to tune frame flex character. Middle material removal(V) would refine yours for the better. IMHO, that there skid plate is a maintenance cluster and designed for extreme boulder fields. Frame case guards(ears) of 180* small tubing is what Kawi used for both sides of the KDX frames. Clean look and strong. Considering a silencers core diameter and length are very specific to individual engine size and pipe specs. A 300 core size is usually 250 sized...take a look at the 500 silencer core diameter and length. There for, you'll be making too much back pressure coupled to that Gnarly low/mid pipe. Top that off with the KX power valve for optimized low end. You'll be all set for pulling stumps at the ole homestead and that's it.

I have 2018 430 rs with the kickstart kit. i left the key in and killed the battery and i was able to kick start it to get home 🤷🏼‍♂️
